Hotline Services are designet to deliver the maximum level of helpdesk support - ensuring access to level 3 support.

Choose between a fixed annual plan in which specific systems, users, etc. is clearly defined (Fixed), or a plan that covers all systems, but is limited by a maximum number of available helpdesk hours (Flex).
